Extensively in the music industry since the 1970s as a performing musician and music creator.

Study classical guitar and attended the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, receiving an Assoc. Dip. In Jazz Studies.

Studio proprietor, engineer, arranger and producer.
Session work & production experience since 1973.



Producing and Arranging

Ads, Albums, Voice Overs.Song Development for artiists including and The Donovans, winner of the 2004 Deadly Award for best Indigenous Band.



Music Productions for broadcast

Sound Track for Indigenous Documentary 'Big Girls Don't Cry' screened at Byron Bay Film Festival, aired on SBS 2001.
Theme music for 2SER Program.
Short Film Music pieces - Garden of Love


Writing

The Whitlams - Co-writing credits with Tim Freedman for ARIA Award winning Eternal Nightcap - Double Platinum - 1998.
Co-Writing credits for various ARIA Nominated Songs.


Study

Classical Guitar – 3 years study with the late Walter Schumacher – President of The Sydney Classical Guitar Society. 
Classical Guitar – 3 years under Antonio Losada, a former student of Andre Segovia. 
Jazz – Associate Dip. of Jazz – NSW Conservatorium of Music under Don Burrows, George Golla and Tommy Emanuel. Fellow students included James Morrison. 
Jazz Workshops - Ike Isaacs (from Stephan Grappelli), Herb Ellis and Barney Kessel.


 

Performance

Band Work – All styles including Jazz, Rock, Country & Duos, 1972 to 2018.
Backing – Toured with a host of Local and Overseas Artists.
